工作职责：
1. Gathering customer printed circuit board (PCB) project requirements.
2. Verifying customer data to design and build a custom PCB.
3. Working with the global design team to create a project quote and timeline.
4. Managing project schedules and keeping customers (internal and external) informed of the project status.
5. Keeping track of customer requirement changes throughout the project. Re-quote and reset delivery dates as required
6. Perform Schematic Capture and Layout - Keeping the global design team informed of any requirement changes.
7. Reviewing the board design work with internal and external customers.
8. Providing Bin 1 and Repair services as a post sales service.
任职资格及要求：
1. Must be at least 5 years experience in the below related job function
2. Must be able to communicate well in English, both verbally and written.
3. Must be strongly motivated to get projects completed.
4. Must be familiar with the Cadence layout and schematic software (Allegro)
5. Needs to be able to work with customers, internal designers, suppliers, and contractors to complete projects on time, accurately, and within budget.
6. Needs to be able to work with people in remote sites and time zone.
7. Needs to be able to multi task between several projects.
8. Needs to be able to use Microsoft Project and Excel.
9. Needs to be responsive and courteous to customers.
10. Needs to fully understand of the PCB design, fab, and assembly processes.
11. Need to familiar with the simulation ( PI, SI, HFSS )
12. Needs strong electronic knowledge to gather requirements to design a PCB and discuss with customer for the special requests
13. PCB design background, particularly in ATE device interface boards, is a significant plus.
14. Needs a BSEE or equivalent
